{happy mom's day}  

to my NANAY! and to all the mother's out there!!

I'm beat! so many things to do with so little time... filing, typing, endless phone calls...haaaaaa...


good thing though I was able to re-charge myself yesterday from a stressful week. My friends and I went to our favorite hangout for a sumptuous lunch buffet and a chill out with nature. We had corn soup, green rice (steamed rice with pandan leaves), shanghai rolls, baby back ribs, fish fillet with creamy white sauce, green salad with mangoes, grapes and yummy yogurt, tuna penne, and spaghetti...LOL! not bad for P250.00 ($6.25) per head. I was so full I can't even breath! LOL! So I ordered cafe americano and green tea (for my friends)... to help us digest all the yummies we stuffed in our bellies! looooooooove it!!

this cute centerpiece sitting in our coffee table has captured my attention... it's really cute and those are fresh flowers from their garden.


who would not want to spend their weekend with yummy feast and perfect view like this?

{monday madness  

I woke up this morning with a terrible headache due to lack of sleep or maybe I over slept. LOL! Whatever it was, it made me a bit bitchy today, especially when I see my super paranoid officemate. We call her ‘farah’ short term for you know ‘Paranoid’ because whenever she sees us (lovely and I) talking she would always think that we’re talking about her, duh! There are more important things in life to talk about than her, noh? I don’t like her and will never ever like her, but at least I am civil to her, if she’s asking something I answer in my most polite way, I think that’s more important. But most of the time, I pretend that she doesn’t exist LOL! Ok, that’s enough, I think I’ve wasted too much time and energy talking about her. Forgive me, I’m not really a mean person but we all have our moments of bitchiness, you know and it’s happening to me now.

My weekends were almost spent at home watching tv or dvd’s and sleeping in between. I don’t know why but I never fail to sleep in the afternoon even if I woke up really late. I find sleeping a pleasure because, not only you get to rest your dead beat-body, you also get to have nice dreams hihihihi!

Moving on to hs/ms, I'm catching up on yesterdays' S.O.S. I think I've used this before but I really like this pic so I'm posting it up again, LOL!







Todays' word is Dog. Man's best friend. Here's my niece Joanna holding her doggie 'lucky' after eating their favorite spaghetti.

sometimes you really need to open your eyes to see the little things around you. Man, I didn't notice this sweet doggie sitting in front me, we've been together for almost four years. I've taken her for granted but she was just there patiently waiting for me and my undivided attention. LOL!

{gloomy wednesday  


I think it's going to rain today.

Hey, do you happen to be one those people who were smitten by the comfort and style that crocs give? Well, I'm one of 'em. I don't like it at first because not only it is a bit expensive but also it looks ugly and bulky LOL! But when I saw this I fell in love with it and I got myself a pair of this.






And now I am planning to buy a new pair of this but I couldn't decide which color I should choose that would fit my Asian skin. These are the colors that I like.








Lavender









Chocolate







Sea Foam/Light Blue



Cotton Candy/Pink









and Fuschia.

Maybe I would not go for Fuschia because I find the color too loud, so I'd have to choose from Lavender, Chocoloate, Sea Foam and Cotton Candy. Help!!! Tell me what you think. LOL.

I've been indulging myself with shoes lately. Few months ago I bought a pair from here .







And months later my sister bought me this pair.






And now I am craving for these pairs. Sad thing though, these shoes are not available here in my country. So I'm going to ask my super wallet-in-her-skin-sister again who works in Canada to buy me these. I'll just have to be patient and wait for few months for me to get these shoes. Because it'll take her forever to buy and send me these cuties. LOL!





I'm a shoe person, so you will rarely see me in sandals, but I bought myself this pair last christmas, just for the heck of it. LOL! The straps are replaceable so you can change it to color that will match your outfits. Nice eh?
