Last Saturday 14 July, our project staff went to Higatangan Island in Biliran for our post summer excursion/vacation. A beautiful island surrounded by waters of leyte and cebu. From Naval, Biliran we rented a motor boat to take us to the Island. A 45 minute trip to the wavy waters of biliran and cebu.
