My prompt for today following dawn's is "Notebook" This is lovely's (officemate) notebook where she writes anything and everything including her expenses, phone numbers and everyday thoughts.
Now for those of you who doesnt know what a jackfruit is... it's a big and heavy fruit and it looks like this.
and this is the meat. the seed was taken out of the meat and boiled until it gets tender and voila! a healthy snack.
