acceptance

Love...an incredible feeling, particularly if the other person shares it. Sadly, it doesn't always work out that way. What do you do when you love someone so much and they can't accept you? What do you do when death seems like a better alternative than life without someone?

i came upon this article about acceptance when i was looking for something to console my heart, searching for my lost soul...trying to figure out what is wrong and what is right.

i told him i love him...and he asked me "why?"... i tried to explain...but i think he wasn't ready... so i gave him space...time...to think about what was said...time...to allow him to choose to love me, but i'm getting tired of waiting...

the author gave three options:

Option A: Death Route - a permanent solution to a temporary problem. (No...death is not the answer to my problem, i'll try option B)

Option B: the wait-and-see attitude (No...tired lady here)

Option C: Acceptance. Accept that the person doesn't love you. Accept that the person won't likely be changing his mind about that. Accept the fact that life actually does go on. Accept the fact that rejection isn't a reflection on you. Accept that somewhere there is a person who thinks that while you are not perfect, you are perfect for them. Accept that one day you'll meet that person. (maybe i should try option C. Accept the fact that there will be no future for both us. Accept the fact that i was REJECTED. and accept the fact that...
